Countries within the EU
You no longer have to pay VAT on any orders under €150 (check conversion rate before ordering). We are registered with an IOSS Scheme which means we pay the VAT on all goods in your order before it arrives to you! Please note, some countries may incur a small handling fee, you should check with your local customs office before ordering.
There is also a €3 charge at the checkout per item. This is to cover the duties introduced by the EU on July 1st 2026.
If you refuse your parcel we will not be liable to refund any shipping costs you have paid. If your order qualified for free shipping and you refuse delivery, we deduct the shipping costs we incurred from your refund. The duties are also non-refundable.
