🖤 Collab tee with Hope For Podencos to shine a light on the plight of the Podenco – one of Spain’s most neglected and abandoned hunting dogs. Too often left to starve or suffer, their reality is brutal… but there’s always hope.

This design is to highlight both their hardship and resilience, reminding us why the work of Hope For Podencos is so vital.  From rescue and rehabilitation to finding safe, loving homes, they are giving these incredible dogs the future they deserve.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are picked, packed & dispatched Monday-Friday.  All orders placed before 2pm GMT will usually ship same working day, unless we have a stock shortage.  We will contact you if there is more than a 48 hour delay with shipping.
  
We do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.
If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, then it will not be shipped until the following Monday. In the instance of a bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.

1st CLASS: Between £2.85- £5.55
2nd CLASS: Between £2.45 - £4.20 (Free on orders over £65)
Order should be with you 1-4 working days after you receive your shipping notification.
Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

DPD NEXT DAY: Between £6.50 - £8.50
Order before 2pm (Monday-Friday) for next working day delivery (2 days for remote locations).  Orders placed after 2pm will ship next working day.  Parcels are shipped with DPD Predict Service, which is an advanced tracking system which to notify you with your estimated delivery slot.  You will also have the option to change delivery location/leave with neighbour etc.
Order should be with you 1 working day after you receive your shipping notification.

Items will be sent using a Royal Mail, or DPD Courier. Parcels are calculated by weight at the checkout.  Both services provide tracking details.  All orders ship from our London warehouse.

IMPORTS TAXES & DUTIES

Countries within the EU
You no longer have to pay VAT on any orders under €150 (check conversion rate before ordering).  We are registered with an IOSS Scheme which means we pay the VAT on all goods in your order before it arrives to you!  Please note, some countries may incur a small handling fee, you should check with your local customs office before ordering.
 
If you refuse your parcel we will not be liable to refund any shipping costs you have paid.  If your order qualified for free shipping and you refuse delivery, we deduct the shipping costs we incurred from your refund.
 
Countries outside the EU
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Toxico. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
